SPICY CHICKEN BBQ in a row
This is the most loved food of kids; adults too take a share in the "too much liking" of barbecue chicken on a stick. Although there are varied ways how to do it excellently, everyone has a style which makes it unique and tasty. Here are what you need for a simple recipe:
For 5 persons:
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of black pepper in powder
2 table spoons of Maggi Savor sauce
Red hot chilli, crushed
2 table spoons of BBQ sauce
1 kilo of chicken breast, sliced in serving size
Salt for your favorite taste
Fine sticks
Procedure:
1. Take a clean bowl and put your sliced chicken mixed with salt into it.
2. Put the garlic, and BBQ sauce; then, mix them together.
3. Add the 2 table spoons of Maggi Savor sauce and let it stay for 10 minutes.
4. Add the teaspoon of black pepper together with the crushed chilli.
5. Leave the marinated chicken for another 10 minutes.
6. Put the chicken meat on a stick and grill it until cooked.Avoid burning it with fire. Let the heat of charcoal cook it slowly by turning it moderately.

MANGO FLOAT
Craving for a dessert is but a normal situation. Some are crazy about vanilla ice cream, fruit salad, cake, etc. However, there are special desserts which require the most wanted creamy-sweet mixture of ingredients, and one of the most delicious, irresistible and mouth-watering dessert is the "MANGO FLOAT". It is easy to make and you will never regret after chilling at the fridge! Here are what you must need and do!
Ingredients
(4) Large, yellow
(ripe) mangoes, (1) Pack of Graham biscuits, (1) Pack of crushed Graham (optional), (1)
All-purpose cream, (1) Condensed milk, rectangular container, (1/4) cup of raisins and (/2) cup of roasted peanuts and bowl
Steps
1.) Mix the all-purpose
cream and condensed milk in a bowl. Blend them well and put it aside. 2.) Slice the mangoes into thin long strips. Lay your Graham biscuits at the
bottom of your rectangular container. 3.) Spread evenly some of the mixed cream and condensed milk above the graham
biscuits. 4.) Put the mango strips over the layered cream. 5.) Repeat Steps 3-5 until you reach the top of the container. Sprinkle your
Crushed Graham above your last layer. Place the raisins and peanuts on top of the last . 6.) Put it inside the refrigerator or inside the freezer. Let it stay there for
2 hours or more. If the mango float is cold, it is served better.

TUNA FISH "KINILAW"
Filipinos love to have something exotic. One of these is the raw tuna salad or tuna fish kinilaw. For others, this food might not be eatable due to fact that the fish is not cooked. However, to get red of the reddish appearance of the fish, there is a technique how to do it. This has already been a food specialty of the Philippines like in Visayan places. The fish is soaked in a strong venigar (like the one coming from coconut wine which has been preserved for long time). After soaking, the texture of the fish changes and it appears to be cooked. Well, this is a food known to those who have visited my country.
To prepare tuna fish kinilaw for 5 persons, you must need the following ingredients:1/2 kl. tuna fish, sliced in cubes; 1/2 cup venigar; 1 large onion, minced; 1 clove garlic; chopped; 1/2 cup ginger, minced; 1 large cucumber; sliced; 1 green mango; sliced; 1 cup pineapple, sliced; 2 tbsps lemon (kalamansi) juice; siling labuyo (chili) and salt.
Procedure: After washing and draining the fresh tuna fish, soak it into a venigar solution with salt for 2 hours (Others may soak it for 1 hour and 30 minutes).Cover it and set it aside. Then, when the time is over, remove the tuna fish from the solution and drain it. Put the soaked fish in a bowl. Add the following ingredients: onion, garlic, ginger, cucumber, mango, pineapple, chili and kalamansi juice. Mix all of these thoroughly. Add salt for you own taste.
It is better eaten right after the preparation, paired with plain rice.

GROUND BEEF WITH CRUNCHY PEANUTS
The most versatile kind of meat is the ground meat because you have many alternatives how to cook it such as meat balls, meat flakes, beef soup, etc. For me, I have my own style in making a simple recipe out of it! I call it my personal dish, GROUND BEEF WITH CRUNCHY PEANUTS. So try this one for a change. Variety of dishes can make your kitchen table as the best place for your family and friends. Here is how to prepare it (for five persons):
Ingredients: 1/2 kilo of ground beef; 5 garlic cloves, minced; 1/4 cup of carrot, sliced in small cubes; 1 big onion; minced; 1/2 cup of spring onion, cut in small size; 2 green pepper bells, sliced; 2 red pepper bells, sliced; 1 tsp. black pepper; 2 tsp oil; 2 tbsps of soy sauce; 1/4 cup of half roasted peanuts, water and salt.
How to cook: Saute the garlic and onion in oil and make sure they become brownish. Add you ground beef and fry it for 7 minutes. Add your soy sauce,black pepper and water enough to be boiled and to be tender. Make it boil for 10 minutes until there is only a small amount of water left. After this, put the carrots, and peanuts; then add the red and green pepper bells.After five minutes, add salt according to your taste and put the spring onion to garnish your dish.
