DESSERTS

BEST ALTERNATIVE DESSERTS:
PAPAYA, GUAVA AND PINEAPPLE

SLICED PAPAYA

PINEAPPLE CHUNKS

GUAVA
Cake, ice cream, sweets, homemade sweetened chips, cookies, etc. are the common desserts often seen in parties and at home. Aside from their distinctive tastes, the color is one factor that attracts the people to crave for more. The aroma and the presentation of a dessert are but among those attributes which make people put more on their plates. Yeah, the more intake of these types of desserts, the more calories a person is accumulating too. Based on experience, I would rather abstain from taking sweets or any kind of desserts. I don't like sweets so as an alternative, I go for fresh fruits.Health benefits are in big scale and they are less expensive too. Aside from detoxifying your body system, you gain abundant Vitamin C and minerals.Fruits are not really new in the world of cuisine. They are even used by cooks in preparing dishes. Here are my best alternative desserts. There is nothing wrong if we eat any of these fruits: papaya, pineapple and guava.
