MAGIC POTION

MULBERRY TEA GIVES HEALTH BENEFITS

Mulberry tea leaves dried for health drinks are harvested from an  indigenous mulberry tree. This is common across the world. Commercially grown worldwide, there are 10 varied types of mulberry tree, such as the most common types: white mulberry and black mulberry. The green spade-shaped leaves of a mulberry tree are harvested in fall and dried as medicinal supplements and tea. The tea is used to treat different health issues like colds, insomia, heart ailment and blood vessel problem.

I have read about the benefits of mulberry tea. One of these is to treat fever and colds especially when a warm glass of mulberry tea is taken. In addition to this, sore throat, and cough are also becoming better with mulberry tea. Based on experience, since I am a mulberry tea drinker every day, I find the tea good for my body system. It supports the good blood circulation and serves as an anti-oxidant. The risk of hypertension is reduced or the blockage of the blood vessel is avoided. The Journal of Nutrition in 2005 published a study on this.

Drinking mulberry tea becomes my habit because I have gained the good results out of it like I can sleep soundly at night and I feel better always. I have my own way to make my tea. Let me tell you how I prepare my mulberry  tea: Boil a glass of water with two teaspoons of dried mulberry leaves added on it. Then, let the tea cool down. Two minutes is good enough for cooling down the tea. Sometimes I make the mixture in a pot to enjoy the good taste of the tea. It is part of my life now!
